Sorbole was created with a simple goal: to improve the spritz without complicating it. It’s a lemon bitter designed to take center stage in the glass, with a fresher, less sweet, and more balanced taste than classic alternatives. It works instantly, from the very first sip. You make it the usual way but the result is something entirely different.

Sorbole is a lemon bitter made for spritz.

Fresher, less sweet, more balanced.

2 parts Sorbole lemon bitter
3 parts Prosecco
1 part cedrata (Italian citrus soda)

Garnish: lemon wedge and basil

Technique: Build or light stir
Glass: wine glass or tall glass (approx. 350 ml)

Americanino

The Americano, but yellow.
With Sorbole, the Americano becomes fresher, more citrusy, less predictable.

40 ml Sorbole lemon bitter
40 ml white vermouth
80 ml soda water
Garnish: lemon peel

This is how the first Lemon Bitter was born in Bologna

Sorbole was born by observing an increasingly popular habit: the limoncello spritz.

The problem is that limoncello isn’t a bitter: it’s sweet, too alcoholic, poorly balanced, and doesn’t really stand up to the great classics.

We did something simple: we created the lemon bitter that was missing. A product designed for a fresher, more balanced, simply better spritz.
